Job Responsibilities

  • Take repair orders & carry out instructions accurately and precisely, meeting our exacting standards for quality and timeliness.
  • Diagnose the source of a problem and recommend the right solution to customers.
  • Work closely with the Parts Department on inventory, ordering & warranty repairs.
  • Keep detailed documentation of all work performed.
  • Road test repaired vehicles to ensure repair quality.
  • Read technical bulletins from Volkswagen and attend Volkswagen training classes as required for factory certification.
  • Keep customer vehicles clean.
  • Communicate with service advisors & service writers if new problems are diagnosed, or repairs cannot be completed in the promised time window.
  • Follow all Hendricks Volkswagen safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations governing auto maintenance & warranty repair.
